BoxFit is a low impact, high-energy workout that incorporates solid pad work, weight training and conditioning, functional and circuit training with an emphasis placed on boxing.
Boxfit classes with Mike Rayner (ex-army) are great fun and very satisfying, incorporating exercising the entire body. Train like a boxer without taking a punch. A session can include a warm-up, padwork drills, fitness work and abs work. The upper body conditioning tones and strengthens the core as well as cardio training which improves stamina and heart functionality. It is a fantastic way to achieve a lean, toned body. You’ll also improve agility, stamina and co-ordination, all while burning hundreds of calories.
