BoxFit is a low impact, high-energy workout that incorporates solid pad work, weight training and conditioning, functional and circuit training with an emphasis placed on boxing. Boxfit classes with Mike Rayner are great fun and very satisfying, incorporating total body exercises. Train like a boxer without taking a punch. BoxFit will help you uncover your body's power and potential with challenging, original, and safe classes for all fitness levels and ages.

Personal Training

Sam Costley is our personal trainer. He is a sports performance specialist and his tuition is highly engaging. He motivates clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. Sam will also measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. Mike is ex-army and really knows how to get you fit. He will target strength building and muscular endurance. You won't get bored when you do circuit training. This workout gets your heart rate  up and strengthens your muscles at the same time.  You can push yourself as hard as you want. If you want to make it more challenging, switch from station to station faster or boost the intensity. Or you can work out at a more comfortable pace.

Yoga  is a mind and body exercise. Practicing on a mat centres your mind and body, increasing your awareness and reducing mental exhaustion. Whether you are doing pilates on a mat or a reformer, all your energy should be focused on your core.
