8 week initial course (Mondays at 7pm)
An enjoyable and informative workshop where you will learn the fundamental toolkit to achieve dynamic core strength and stability. Very small class sizes allow loads of individual tuition and correction to ensure you leave the course confident in being able to correctly engage your core in a wide range of daily activities.
8 week Improvers Course (Thursdays at 7pm)
Follows on from the initial course, building on the fundamental elements learned. We use your core control toolkit in many and varied ways to challenge your ability to stabilize in a variety of functional activities. Each class stands alone and once the initial course is completed, you can drop in and out. The structure of the class is designed to give you a well-rounded and fun class, allowing you to play with those hard earned elements from the beginners course.
