We are absolutely delighted to have the highly esteemed Jane Macpherson on the Hands On team!

Jane is a Senior Yoga Teacher (IAYT 500 hours) and has taught yoga for over 18 years. She is also a fully qualified Yoga Therapist (CHNC accredited) and a Director of the Yoga Therapy Association. 

Jane comes with quite a reputation in her field and has been interviewed by the BBC, the Cheltenham Literary Festival and has had feature length articles written about her in the Daily Telegraph. You can also find her on Podcasts from around the world.

Jane uses an Integrated Mind-body approach for restoring balance and adaptive functioning to the

Yoga Therapist

As a yoga teacher, a registered nurse and a mum of two, I bring a unique blend of expertise, compassion, and real-life experience to my practice. My journey in yoga is deeply rooted in a commitment to wellbeing, mindfulness and holistic health. 

With a professional background in nursing, I understand the importance of holistic health and the profound impact of stress on our bodies and minds. This knowledge informs my approach to teaching, ensuring that my classes are not only suitable for all but also deeply nurturing.

My classes incorporate elements of breathwork, meditation, and physical postures, designed to cultivate inner peace, resilience, and a sense of community. I am passionate about guiding others on their wellness journey, helping them to find balance, joy, and a greater sense of wellbeing in their everyday lives.
