We are delighted to have Emily Andrew join the Hands On team.

Where do I begin with such an accomplished therapist? Well, Emily treats people individually, in group and in workshops to great effect. She has some quite outstanding results with her methods and fills a gap perfectly at the Hands On Clinic. She is a true therapist, achieving some very effective therapy for her patients.

Emily is an Integrative Therapist incorporating a range of different modalities into her therapy sessions.

“I have taken extensive trainings and qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, Accredited, Certified Advanced EFT Tapping Practitioner, Eating Disorders Practitioner as well as having a background in fitness and performing arts. My approach uses a mixture of evidence-based practices, personal experience and intuition. I believe that for us to heal and let go and on a cellular level, we need to compassionately accept the truth of what is now and evolve using a mind-body approach. Only when we find that internal safety and unity can we liberate and then call in the endless possibilities and opportunities of life.”
