About Helena:
“My name is Helena, a name rooted in ancient Greece meaning
Bringer of light-a quality I strive to embody in all aspects of my life.
My journey into health and wellbeing has been one of profound transformation. As a child, I struggled with low self-esteem, but in my twenties, I found empowerment though movement and mindset.
I became an aerobics instructor, personal trainer and NLP life coach. Which sparked a lifelong my passion for understanding the intricate connection between mind and body.
In my forties, I experienced a significant spiritual awakening that led me back to Subud, a spiritual movement that emphasises personal experience of the divine through the latihan kejiwaan, the spiritual exercise. I began a daily spiritual practise and immersed myself in nutritional healing, recognising its profound impact on holistic health. This period was the start of my role as as spiritual teacher guiding others on their paths to less stress and greater inner peace.
In my fifties, I expanded my practise by training and qualifying as a yoga teacher, meditation and breath work instructor, further enriching my understanding of the body's innate healing capabilities.
Today, I integrate life coaching, nutrition, yoga, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness to offer a holistic approach to wellbeing. I believe true health and happiness emerge from nurturing the whole person - mind, body, body and spirit. My mission is to empower my clients to build confidence, find more inner peace and cultivate vibrant, fulfilling lives.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me walking in the Cotswolds with my whippet puppy, Lily, or experimenting with plant-based recipes in the kitchen.
