Holly is a Chiropractor of distinction.
We are absolutely delighted to welcome Holly to the Hands On clinical Team.
Holly earned her Master’s degree in Chiropractic with distinction from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic (USW), “I was honored to receive the award for the best research project,”. The project focused on managing episodes of low back pain in adults.
We have waited years to find a chiropractor we feel happy with and by Jove have we found one!
Holly prides herself on being guided by clinical guidelines in order to provide personalised care tailored to each individual. She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association and the Royal College of Chiropractors. Holly graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic (USW) with a distinction in her Master’s degree of Chiropractic.
Holly enjoys treating a varied caseload of injuries, aches, and pains. She has special interests in neck and back pain, vertigo (BPPV)/dizziness, cervicogenic headaches, and pregnancy care.
She uses a variety of techniques where appropriate. These include soft tissue work, assisted stretching, spinal manipulative therapy, joint mobilisations, dry needling, and taping.
Holly has also undergone training with the APPI to become a matwork and reformer Pilates instructor, a qualification she believes complements her clinical practice and enhances the rehabilitation exercise prescriptions she provides.
