Sam has experience working with wide range of demographics including young athletes and older and injured clients. He designs programs tailor-made programs for clients and delivers classes including strength, speed and body weight conditioning circuits. Sam's one-to-one (or one-to-two) personal training sessions integrate exciting and effective training methods into the individually made programs.
