As a yoga teacher, a registered nurse and a mum of two, I bring a unique blend of expertise, compassion, and real-life experience to my practice. My journey in yoga is deeply rooted in a commitment to wellbeing, mindfulness and holistic health. 

With a professional background in nursing, I understand the importance of holistic health and the profound impact of stress on our bodies and minds. This knowledge informs my approach to teaching, ensuring that my classes are not only suitable for all but also deeply nurturing.

Balancing the demands of motherhood with my career has taught me the value of mindfulness and the necessity of taking time to reconnect with oneself. In yoga I found a passion and a way to care for myself and others. That's why I strive to create a supportive and inclusive space where individuals can explore and deepen their practice.

My classes incorporate elements of breathwork, meditation, and physical postures, designed to cultivate inner peace, resilience, and a sense of community. I am passionate about guiding others on their wellness journey, helping them to find balance, joy, and a greater sense of wellbeing in their everyday lives.

I'm not super stretchy, I don't have the perfect "yogi body" but I'm here to help my students feel better in any way that I can... It's not about how it looks, it's about how it feels.
